Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Important Notes
- Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will exchange it at no cost. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

- Carefully pack the product and send it back
