At Fragume, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
 Important Notes
  • Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
 Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will exchange it at no cost. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.

 Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the shipping address
  3. Carefully pack the product and send it back
  4. You’ll be notified once your refund or exchange is processed
