1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the perfume remaining

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

The product must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery
2. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that are significantly used or have less than 90% remaining

Items returned without original packaging

Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
3. Return & Exchange Request Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0313 2142219 within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our support team will guide you through the process step by step and may request order details, photos, or other information to review your request.
4. Inspection and Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Once the product is reviewed and approved, we will proceed with the return, exchange, or refund process in accordance with this policy.
Fragume reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions stated above.
5. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and internal processing requirements.
6. Exchanges
If your exchange request is approved, we will arrange the replacement product subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, Fragume may offer an alternative solution such as store credit or refund, where applicable.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details so our team can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
