1. Order Processing
All orders are processed after confirmation and are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume sale periods may require slightly longer processing time.
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you may receive an update through our available communication channels.
2. Delivery Areas
Fragume currently delivers across Pakistan.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applied as follows:

Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 199

Free Delivery: Available on orders above Rs. 2,500
Any promotional free shipping offer, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or announced by Fragume separately.
5. Order Confirmation and Dispatch
After placing your order, our team may contact you for order confirmation if needed. Orders may be processed only after successful confirmation where applicable.
Once your order has been packed and handed over for delivery, it will be considered dispatched.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery based on their own delivery procedures. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and active contact number to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.
If a delivery attempt fails due to:

unreachable contact number,

refusal to accept the parcel,
Fragume may contact the customer to arrange re-delivery where possible.
7. Delays in Delivery
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier issues, weather disruptions, operational load, or regional restrictions.
Fragume is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the parcel has been dispatched, but we will try to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.
8. Cash on Delivery / Payment Orders
If your store offers Cash on Delivery (COD) or other payment methods, orders will be processed according to the selected payment option and internal verification procedures.
Fragume reserves the right to cancel or hold suspicious, incomplete, or unverifiable orders.
9. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct:
